THE COMPLETE Q4 SYSTEM01 — 05

Product

Build your product deck. Lock in inventory and your drop date.

Product deck. Inventory. Drop date.

Numbers

Know your costs, protect your margin and set your budget.

Costs. Margins. Marketing budget.

Offer

Construct an offer around your stock and your profit.

Your inventory. Your offer. Your profit.

Operations

Prepare checkout, fulfillment and customer care for the orders.

Checkout. Fulfillment. Customer care.

Marketing

Connect your content, email and SMS from teaser to launch.

Content. Email. SMS. One campaign.

Five connected foundations.
One drop that’s ready.
05 / Marketing & communication

Build demand.
Carry the story
to launch day.

September is where you build the lead pool. October and November put it to work. December is not a great month for e-commerce. See how Marshall plans his campaign around that window, from the first teaser to launch.

  • Tease the products and build anticipation
  • Collect attention, emails and phone numbers
  • Carry the same story through content, email and SMS

YOUR PRODUCTS. YOUR NUMBERS. YOUR CAMPAIGN.

The first four make the fifth work. Bring your drop — and audit it as we go.

Build the demand before the drop

Q4 starts before
Black Friday.

SEPTEMBER

Collect attention.

Tease your products, build hype and collect contact info. Use this prospecting window to build a lead pool before the products drop.

OCTOBER

Build intent.

When someone sees your product in a video, what comes next? Plan content, emails and texts that carry the same story forward.

NOVEMBER

Put the plan to work.

Bring the audience to a sale that’s ready: the product, the numbers, the offer and the operations.

Built from doing the work

Meet Marshall. A brand owner in your corner.

MARSHALL CREWS / YOUR HOST

In 2023, Marshall’s brand had a six-figure release. The marketing worked, but fulfillment wasn’t ready for the order volume—and customer trust paid the price.

He’s spent the past week buried in this checklist for his own Q4 campaign and still has boxes to check. In this class, he opens that campaign so you can line your drop up next to his.

Before you join

Your questions, answered.

Who is this masterclass for?

Clothing brand owners preparing a Q4 product drop, Black Friday campaign or holiday release. Bring a real product, a launch window and the numbers you already have. The class is built around decisions you can apply to that drop.

Will this work outside clothing?

Yes. The checklist applies to product brands including clothing, jewelry and sunglasses. Marshall will use his own campaign as the example, then explain how to adapt the planning process to your products, margins and timeline.

What should I bring?

Your planned products and launch dates, production lead times, COGS, margins, marketing budget, current offer and any content plan you have. It’s fine if there are gaps — identifying them is part of the class.

How long is it, and what will we cover?

Plan for roughly 90 minutes. We’ll work through product, numbers, offer and operations, then marketing and communication: what to create, when to release it and how to connect it to your drop.

Is a personal brand audit included?

The live class walks you through auditing your own drop. Personal marketing audits and hands-on help building and executing your campaign are part of the separate Urban Unity offer, which Marshall will explain during the class.

Your next drop deserves a plan
